Life Dots

Nancy Milton is known for being courageous. With a life purpose statement of ‘I am the hub that will only receive the best from you’, she’s the facilitator that will leave you with your perspective challenged, connections made and an action plan (developed by you) for where you want to go.

Nancy is an accomplished International Facilitator and Keynote Speaker who uses her infectious energy and diverse experience to increase both individual and team strengths and develop both people and programs. She draws from 17 years of experience in a number of industries, including consumer package goods, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, recreation, technology and financial services, to customize her clients’ initiatives.

Through her passion for engagement and connectedness, Nancy realized her facilitation had the ability to go deeper. Searching to take her corporate clients to an increased level of commitment (to the business) and accountability (to self), Nancy began exploring executive coaching principles in 2009. Through her findings, Nancy trained and certified with The Coaches Training Institute as a Co-Active Coach and is also accredited by the International Coaches Federation. These experiences brought Nancy to authoring her first non-fiction book in 2012 – and experiential self-help work book entitled ‘The Happy Place’.

Nancy brings a portfolio of experience to her sessions through her years in the consumer package goods industry, holding positions in sales, human resources and organizational development. Her accreditation roster includes certification by Langevin Learning as a Training Director and Instructional Design/Developer, certified Canadian Sales Professional through CPSA and certified Behaviour-based interviewing Facilitator by DDI.

Nancy’s energy carries to all aspects of her life. She’s raised over $100,000.00 for cancer research through several events she independently created, promoted and executed. Nancy is also a veteran ½ marathon runner with her latest sport passions being tennis and warrior racing. And her proudest energy focus is giving her two young sons the best value based childhood possible.
